2007 - A GOOD YEAR FOR FORMATION!

January 2008

We are pleased to announce record figures for 2007, with profit more than doubling and business growth of over 32%. The last 12 months has us take on several new employees, further strengthening our team. We also have an increased pool of 35 associates based around the country delivering projects to national government and public sector clients.
Amongst the new associates joining our team are Caroline Upton, Claire Wells and Sue Wall, who all work within the early years sector and will further strengthen our expertise in this area. They will work on projects within our Early Years Professional Status portfolio.
Mike Wilkins, who brings a wealth of experience in the not-for-profit sector, also joins the team. His most recent post was as Regional Manager for East Midlands/East of England with Capacitybuilders, the Cabinet Office agency responsible for funding and developing infrastructure support for the voluntary and community sector.
Managing director Amanda Pearce-Burton says, "We have had a terrific year. The company growth in terms of the number of employees and turnover has far exceeded our expectations. Whilst the size of the company has grown, we have worked hard to retain our approach to environmental and ethical best practice, which has been very successful. We have recently won 'The Green Award' from the Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce - the perfect end to our tenth anniversary year."
