When Directors, Amanda Pearce-Burton and Barbara Pearce found out the National Trust were launching the 'Great Green Leap Day', they decided that Formation should get involved too. So rather than spend the extra day at work, staff were given the day off on the 29th February and asked to do something to give back to the environment - from tidying up their gardens, donating items to local charities, changing to energy saving light bulbs and even making reusable shopping bags out of old shirts - whilst enjoying every second of it!" Debbie Whitworth, HR & Operations Manager, says: "This is a great initiative and the perfect excuse to reward staff for their hard work and at the same time do our bit to be just a little bit greener".
