Staff at Formation are celebrating after being named as one of three finalists in the East Midlands Development Agency HighGrowth awards. Judges praised Formation's passion and drive as they announced the finalist for The Growth Readiness Award, given to organisations showing outstanding growth potential and a clear vision.

Managing Director, Amanda Pearce-Burton comments, "We are delighted that Formation has been named as a finalist. Since joining the HighGrowth programme we have made some fundamental changes to our strategy to ensure that it is fully sustainable, as well as achieving growth. The support we have received as part of the programme has helped us achieve an exciting and ambitious vision, about which the whole team feels passionate. Being named as finalists for this prestigious award gives our team the recognition they deserve and will further increase confidence in our stability as a company in the face of the recession".
