In October, Formation scooped a top award from Nottinghamshire Chamber of Commerce. We were revealed as the winner of the Skills and Workforce Development category at an awards event held in Nottingham in October.

In making their choice, the judges were looking for a business with a planned approach to workforce development, one which recognises the value of its workforce, has individual training strategies, which are constantly evaluated and updated, and can demonstrate direct benefits achieved through a workforce development programme.

We are absolutely delighted to receive this accolade and to be recognised for our commitment to developing our team and encouraging them to share skills and reach their full potential.
