We are a public sector specialist working in consultancy, organisational and staff development. We have been responsible, on behalf of a number of national government agencies, for supporting the implementation of some major government policies.
Our services include:
- offering professional policy advice and position papers;
- designing and implementing monitoring systems;
- designing pilot projects to test out ideas and concepts;
- designing rigorous assessments against work based standards;
- writing guidance and best practice toolkits;
- reviewing and evaluating projects to ensure quality is consistent and delivery is compliant;
- supporting the development of innovative strategies for people development;
- identification of organisational weaknesses and identification of barriers to improvement;
- evaluating training and staff development programmes;
- facilitating sessions with staff, stakeholders and partners to ensure programmes are fit for purpose; and
- dissemination of findings and lessons learned in order to support transformation.
