The Effective EYP Programme... Putting the pieces of the jigsaw together

A bespoke training course designed to tackle the specific remit of qualified Early Years Professionals. (EYPs). The programme builds on existing skills to further develop the EYP role, to work effectively with others and as effective leaders of change.

Career Champions - Raising the aspirations of young people

Career Champions is an exciting new project, which aims to give students a greater understanding of career choices and raise aspirations. The programme uses career led team projects and recognises achievements in teamwork. It also helps students gain greater confidence, improves self-esteem and builds on transferable skills.
