Amanda is passionate about working innovatively, keeping learning high on the corporate agenda and delivering 'over and above' for clients. As well as designing and delivering bespoke training, she works in partnership to help organisations clarify their strategic direction and solve problems creatively.
Under Amanda's leadership, Formation has achieved IIP and gained recognition as an Age Positive Employer Champion.
