Responsible for the efficient and effective running of key projects, Carrie's excellent communication skills and understanding nature, help her liaise sensitively with Directors, consultants and clients, in order to move projects forward, achieve results and meet milestones. Her main responsibilities are to draw up project plans, monitor project milestones and check progress against objectives.
