Sam is one of Formation's delivery staff and works on sector and project specific training and delivery across the UK. She also undertakes quality assurance, including surveys, interviews, observations and visits, as well as the moderation of candidate files against national work based standards.
Sam's expertise lies in the education, youth and care sectors and is an expert trainer with superb communication and facilitation skills.
