Sue ensures that every Formation project works to budget. She deals with management accounting, forecasting monitoring, cashflow and an overview of company finances. She also prepares the financial elements of tender submissions. Sue is a full member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and her calming nature ensures she keeps a level head in pressured situations.
